Operational Efficiency

A management structure is in place with Miyoshi Real Estate as the primary property manager.

Miyoshi Real Estate , a major real estate company, is the master operator for TOKYO<β>'s 1,200 buildings and 16,000 rooms, and three property management companies support operations.
In the past, each management company had different management policies, but ever since the founding of the TOKYO<β> brand, elements of operations such as contract terms, property rules, furniture and appliance specifications, and management policies have been unified under Miyoshi Real Estate.

Optimization of cleaning company operations

The weekly property cleaning and refilling of amenities, the primary building management duties, are performed by five cleaning companies, and operations are optimized by giving a different area to each company.

Database

Creating a database of operation data

Everything from property information to operational costs is stored in a database, enabling efficient analysis and operation. Also, all TOKYO<β> tenant recruitment sites are managed in-house, allowing for rapid response to customer inquiries and contributing to high satisfaction.
