  • Is there any age restriction?
    You must be 18 years or older, and under 40 years old. As a general rule, you must move out by your 40th birthday.
  • Do I need a guarantor?
    No, it is not necessary. However, emergency contact information is required.
  • Can I use this address as my new address when updating my residence certificate (juminhyo)?
    Yes, you can.
  • Can I receive mail?
    Yes, you can receive postal mail.
  • How is the common area cleaned?
    Cleaning is done by professional staff once a week. The communal areas are there for everyone to use, so please clean and tidy up after yourself.
  • May I invite family and friends to my room?
    You may have guests in your room during the day but over-night stays by visitors are strictly prohibited. However, the conditions vary depending on the property, so please contact us for details.
  • Can I smoke in the building?
    No, all properties are non-smoking.
  • Is there a curfew?
    No, there is no curfew.
  • Is there an additional cost for the washer, dryer and shower?
    No, there are no additional chages for the use of common facilities. The usage fee is included in the monthly service charge.
  • Are daily necessities available?
    Detergent, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, etc. are available. Please ask the staff for details.
  • What furniture and appliances are available?
    It depends on the property, but in most cases, the following facilities are available: bed, desk, curtains, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, rice cooker, pots and pans, cooking utensils.

  • Who should my emergency contact person be?
    As a general rule, we ask that you nominate a parent, sibling, or other relative as your emergency contact person. For foreign nationals, please nominate an acquaintance in Japan.
  • How much does it cost to move in?
    It depends on the property, but the initial cost is no more than 50,000 yen. Please contact us for details.
  • Will I have to pay a security deposit and/or key money?
    No, it is no longer needed.
  • Is there a cost to move out?
    As a general rule, there is no charge when moving out, but you will be required to pay a restoration fee for any damage caused, whether intentionally or negligently, or any other damage caused by use that goes beyond the scope of normal use.
  • What payment method is available?
    Please pay by bank transfer.
